The initial post listing should be short and sweet. Then after the visitor reads the teaser they should be able to see the entire post. This is a test to see if only the teaser appears or if the entire bloody post shows on the site.

Caperion is a personable technical consulting and computer support firm that employs only the brightest minds whose broad experiences encompass specialized high tech sciences, from hardware to software, and from concept to delivery.

What we do for you:

Analyze your network to find its strengths and weaknesses
Design a fault tolerant solution to accomplish your goals within budget
Supply you any equipment, software or services along the way
Deliver a final product accurately, as designed and quoted
Monitor your network over time to assure its optimal performance
Support the entire network throughout its life

The end result is an efficient, effective, expandable and affordable network designed with one purpose in mind: to allow you to do what you do best, conduct your own business and make money.

Foundation

Founded by our president Jon Burford in March of 2004, Caperion began as a home based business serving small organizations in Palm Beach County, Florida. With engineering and computer science degrees, a slew of technical certifications, 14 years experience in the industry and a passion for perfection he set out to take what he had learned working for “the other guys” to the next level.

With this foundation Caperion has grown to be a full service IT support company. Even with partnerships among the world’s largest hardware and software manufacturers, distributors and specialized support providers we still believe that every customer has particular needs. And through the years we have realized those needs, one customer at a time.

The strategy is simple; we do business with the same customers daily, developing relationships and providing solutions. With this business model we will only succeed when our customers succeed.

Vision

It is no secret to any experienced business owner that a good and affordable technical support company is hard to find. The industry is plagued with the unreliable and unprofessional “self employed”. It is with this understanding and the determination to be break the mold that our vision is realized.

Caperion is here for the long haul, to see you through all of your technology problems; taking a serious responsibility for our work and your needs. We realize that it is every bit as much about trusting relationships as it is about technical abilities we will continue to build your confidence in both.

Commitment

At Caperion we understand that there is no bigger frustration than a consultant who places less importance on your needs than you do. And when your business is on the line you need an organizer that will see the job through start to finish. This is where we shine, giving you our personal guarantee that we will not stop working until the job is complete.

Frequently expansions are needed, large after hours projects must be undertaken and technical coordination’s with others whom you do business may be necessary. Much of the time these projects create a high level of stress and confusion, especially when discussing the technology aspects and “how to”. We are comfortable undertaking these jobs and we will be happy to assist as your project managers, assuring that when it comes to technology your best interests are sought without you losing any sleep. Now you can sit back with confidence, letting us handle the technology gibberish, taking comfort in our abilities to deliver the end product.

Delivery

Whether your needs are to setup and deploy mission critical applications to datacenters across the globe or simply to in house servers during off hours to minimize the downtime of your office staff, we’ll work with you. You can expect the following:

Professionalism
Fast and friendly service
On-time and on schedule
Guaranteed results
Documented work
Reasonable pricing
No surprises when the bill arrives

And most important of all, no secrets. You own your business, and you have the right to know what is going on with it 24/7. If you ever need any documentation, reports or configuration information that we have access to, it’s as good as yours already.
